Key Responsibilities Develop high-performance big-data applications using Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python. Build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure, including Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration. Build and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java. Implement robust APIs and microservices integrating MarTech systems with customer-facing platforms. Apply modern design patterns to ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability across distributed systems and full-stack architectures. Drive AI-assisted engineering practices, including Vibe Coding and other generative AI development accelerators. Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions across data and application layers. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with AI-augmented development, such as Vibe Coding or comparable frameworks. Exposure to modern AI/ML pipelines for personalization, segmentation, or content automation. Strong proficiency in Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python. Cloud engineering experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory. Advanced system design capabilities, including event-driven architectures and distributed design patterns. Full-stack engineering experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies. Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Experience with CI/CD pipelines supporting full-stack deployments. Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact. Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale marketing ecosystems, including ESP, CDP, personalization engines, or real-time decisioning. Background in high-volume data processing supporting customer engagement or growth marketing. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, observability, and automated testing across both data and application stacks.
