As part of Hostinger's Accounting team, you'll be responsible for providing hands-on support across the Accounting function, stepping in wherever needed to ensure timely task completion while continuously reviewing and improving underlying processes. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of accounting areas, including revenue and cost accounting, general ledger activities, fixed asset accounting, tax reviews, and validation of financial calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance. A key focus of the role will be driving AI-powered process improvements by identifying automation opportunities, eliminating manual work wherever possible, implementing quality assurance controls, and ensuring the transparency and reliability of AI-generated outputs. You will also prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making, design and implement more efficient and user-friendly finance processes for areas such as payments, invoice approvals, and purchase reimbursements, and support Finance teams on a variety of ad-hoc projects, including CAPEX analyses, tax forecasting, financial modeling, and other cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve. Connect with your team:** [Viktorija Dzenkauskiene, Head of Accounting](https://www.linkedin.com/in/viktorija-dzenkauskiene-a6507989/) ## Your day-to-day - Provide hands-on support across accounting teams, resolving new, complex, and ad-hoc accounting matters. - Drive AI-powered process improvements by automating manual work and ensuring the quality of AI-generated outputs. - Prepare, analyze, and report financial data to support business decision-making. - Support cross-functional finance projects, including CAPEX calculation & analyses, tax forecasting, and other ad-hoc initiatives. - Improve finance processes and user experience across billing, payments, invoice approvals, reimbursements, and other finance workflows. - Review accounting processes and calculations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. - Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Partner with Finance teams to provide accounting expertise and support continuous process improvement. ## Your skills and experience - A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. - 3+ years experience in a finance and/or controlling function. - Knowledge of IFRS or capability to research, understand, and apply where needed. - Strong sense of ownership and commitment. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, analytical skills. - Great communication and stakeholder management skills to keep regular interaction with senior-level executives and other parties, both written and verbal. - Team player with a proactive mindset, adaptable, and willing to learn. - Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent spoken and written English skills. ## **Benefits for you** 🚀 **360 Growth:** We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Coach Hub, global conferences, physical and digital libraries, feedback culture, and mentoring through TesoXchange.
