Key responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, preparing monthly close entries and reconciliations, supporting audits, assisting with budget-to-actual reporting, and helping strengthen accounting procedures. Required qualifications/skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 3+ years of progressive accounting experience - Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation skills - Proficiency with accounting software and Excel - High attention to detail, discretion, and clear communication If you're ready to apply your expertise in a mission-driven environment with work-from-home flexibility, we encourage you to apply. ### A Typical Workday You'll start by reviewing the day's priorities, then shift into focused work blocks for analysis and documentation.
