Joining the team means you will come alongside an experienced team to help enhance our accounting & finance function and provide valuable knowledge and expertise to the Company. # Position Summary: # The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information through preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting support, and month-end close activities. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position supports manufacturing operations through cost accounting, inventory management, financial analysis, internal controls, and compliance activities. # Key Responsibilities: - Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts. - Perform month-end and year-end close activities. - Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports. - Support manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, and fixed asset accounting. - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis. - Support internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls. - Support special projects and process improvement initiatives led by the U.S. Controller. - Assist with ERP System Maintenance - Help with treasury management - Other duties as assigned. # # Qualifications: ## **Education** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA or CPA candidate preferred ## **Experience** - Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. - ERP system experience - Experience and knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting - Sales Tax Experience - Avalara experience a plus ## **Skills** - Advanced Excel and must also have be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills # # Physical Requirements: # The Sr. Accountant role primarily operates in an office setting with occasional interaction in a warehouse environment.
