### **Senior Accountant- Japanese Bilingual Required** **Location:** Gardena, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office) **Employment Type:** Full-time, Exempt **Salary:** $90,000 – $115,000 (DOE) We are a Japanese accounting firm seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in a collaborative and flexible work environment. ### **Responsibilities** - Perform accounting services for clients, including financial reporting and analysis - Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules - Handle general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies - Communicate with clients regarding financial matters and reporting - Collaborate with internal team members and support junior staff as needed **Qualifications** - 3–5 years of accounting experience (audit, public accounting, consulting, or in-house accounting) - Experience in public accounting or audit is preferred - Experience in a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm is highly preferred - CPA license is not required; however, CPA candidates or those with relevant coursework are highly preferred - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills ### **Language Requirement** - Japanese-English bilingual required - Native-level Japanese preferred - ### **Work Environment** - Hybrid work schedule (2–3 days in office) - Team-oriented and supportive work environment - Opportunity for long-term career development ### **Benefits** - Medical, Dental, Vision - 401(k) - Paid Sick Leave - Paid Time Off - Life Insurance Please contact Satomi honda for this position: (213) 448-7822 satomi.h@huminaresource.com
