The Bulow Group is an award-winning agency and a Top Insurance Employer. **About the Role:** As **a Senior Account Manager on our Personal Lines team** , you'll be on the front lines of providing the TBG Gold Standard of service to our clients. You'll provide professional, courteous account management and brokerage services to our personal lines and high net worth clients. The Account Management (AM) role is primarily responsible for overseeing management of assigned accounts, finding solutions to address clients' specific risk profile, and working with clients through the insurance lifecycle at TBG. **This role is** **hybrid** **with 3 days in offer a week preferred. This schedule can be flexible.** **What You'll Do:** - Serve as a strategic partner to every client in our book of business, including but not limited to: - - Conducting consistent, well-prepared meetings on a regular cadence - Identifying core challenges each client faces and delivering practical solutions - Driving client retention through deliberate, thoughtful action - Capturing, organizing, and maintaining relationship intelligence with precision - Maintain current expertise in personal line plan structures, riders, compliance obligations, regulatory changes, and market trends. - Ensure Producers, when assigned, are fully informed about and prepared for all client meetings and interfaces so as to be able to competently and proactively manage the client relationship. - Proactively lead the renewal process keeping clients informed throughout. - Act as an educator and resource for clients - Manage the end-to-end service workflow for our personal lines book of business - Pursue ongoing development through training, industry reading, and coursework that supports earning or maintaining professional designations - Take on additional responsibilities as needed **What We Look For:** - High School Diploma or equivalent required, BA or BS degree preferred - Experience managing a team preferred but not required - 4-6 Years of Personal Lines Account Management experience - Property and Casualty & Life and Health license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire - Experiencing working with decision makers and their staff - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working with Applied EPIC agency management system - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in fast-paced production environment *The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.* **What we Offer:** - Competitive compensation - Flexible paid time off - Comprehensive benefit plans including Aetna PPO medical, Guardian Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability - Flexible Spending Accounts: HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA - 401(k) with 4% company match - Company paid Life, Short-Term Disability & Long…
