About the Role: The Senior Account Manager is responsible for individually owning a book business while supporting a portfolio of high-value, high-growth clients in partnership with a senior — including leading health plans, health systems, and employer accounts. It is a relationship-driven, execution-focused role centered on delivering exceptional service, driving account retention, and developing strategic client partnerships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, operating at the day-to-day to ensure program success and long-term partnership value.
