Elevate — the national young professionals network for CRE analysts, associates, and directors. The Role This is a senior seat on a small, high-output team. Reporting to the SVP of Executive Retreats — who's spent a decade building this business — you'll own a full sales cycle each of our retreats: prospecting, pitching, and closing new members and sponsors, then managing those relationships year over year. You'll be on the phone and in the room with the CEOs, principals, and CIOs who run the CRE industry, and increasingly, with the capital and infrastructure players moving into adjacent spaces like data centers and private credit.
