We are looking for a hands-on SEM Specialist to help execute and optimize paid search campaigns that drive high-intent traffic and measurable revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in Google Ads, testing ideas, analyzing performance, and learning how search impacts the business. You’ll focus on execution, experimentation, and continuous optimization, while working closely with senior team members on larger strategy and growth initiatives. What you’ll do Manage and maintain keyword lists, match types, and search terms Build and run ad copy experiments to improve CTR and relevance Support landing page experiments to improve conversion rate Analyze Google Ads performance to identify optimization opportunities Add and maintain negative keywords to reduce wasted spend Monitor performance by device, region, and query Assist with bid adjustments and budget pacing Validate conversion tracking and flag data or tagging issues What success looks like Campaigns are well-structured, clean, and continuously improving Experiments are run regularly with clear learnings Wasted spend decreases over time through smarter targeting Performance issues and anomalies are caught early What we’re looking for 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data Experience running ad copy and landing page tests Solid understanding of keywords, match types, and Quality Score Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning execution Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback Nice to have Experience with large-scale or high-volume accounts Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, or experimentation frameworks Interest in growth, product, or performance marketing beyond ads * Please note this position is in Montreal, Quebec and on-site.
