Overview Job Skills / Requirements IPS Security Inc. is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team. Your role as a Security Supervisor will be to manage and support the security officers and operational duties of the site, provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, monitor and report any activity, and multi-task effectively. In order to be successful in this role, you must have open availability, have good communication skills both orally and written, and have strong customer service skills. Location: Midtown, Manhattan Salary: $20-21 an hour. Candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends, including evenings and holidays when required. Responsibilities · Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. · Manage and support the security officers. · Ensure operational excellence by multitasking effectively. · Observe and report any activity on site. · Ability to walk and stand for prolong periods of time. · Ability to work scheduled hours. · Ability to communicate effectively on all reporting and tasks. Requirements · Must have a NY Security License. · Must be 21 years or older. · Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. · Maintain company professional standards. · Must have reliable transportation. · Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
