The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management. Pay Rate: $19.00/HR ### **Essential Job Responsibilities** - Supervise and lead security officers assigned to the site. - Schedule, train, coach, and mentor security personnel. - Conduct inspections and ensure officers are following post orders and company policies. - Maintain professional communication with the client and DSI management. - Complete incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation. - Monitor attendance and assist with staffing and scheduling needs. - Ensure all security incidents are handled professionally and documented accurately. - Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to maintain schedules, reports, and operational records. - Conduct patrols and perform security duties as needed. - Assist with onboarding and training of new officers. ### **Qualifications & Requirements** - Minimum 21**years of age** - **Previous security supervisor experience required** - **Proficient in Microsoft Excel** - **1–3 years of supervisory experience** in the security field - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable transportation and means of communication - **Valid Driver's License required** - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed - Must meet all pre-employment requirements ### **Certification & Licensing** - **Valid Florida Class D Security License required** ### **Benefits** - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance ### **Required Screenings** - Criminal Background Check - Motor Vehicle - Drug Screen **License #BB980008** ***#TMPA18*** ***DSI Security Services** is a drug free employer complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.* ***DSI Security Services** is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
