Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Receptionist / Dispatcher to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Greet and assist employees and visitors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression. Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building. Identify all employees and/or visitors upon arrival. Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility. Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations. Answer regular phones and emergency phones. Monitor alarm panels. Respond to incidents including property emergencies. Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages. Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty. Other duties as needed. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license. High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred. Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time. Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card. Preferred Certifications: NRC Certification.
