Titan Security is currently hiring Security Patrol Officers to work at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Duties may include: Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors. Checking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property. Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate. Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures. Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections. Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons. Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required. Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment. Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages. Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management. Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license. High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred. Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time. Able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card. Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card. Preferred Certifications: NRC Certification. Pay and Benefits: Starting at $16.75 per hour, Vary on position, post, and experience. Paid time off and paid holidays.
