Duties include patrolling, access control, surveillance monitoring, and reporting suspicious activity. **Security Positions Available:** - **Rover - Foot Patrol:** Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents - **Rover - Golf Cart :** Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents; golf cart operation required and must clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening - **Gatehouse:** Control access, verify visitors, and maintain security logs - **Pool:** Monitor pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests - **Clubhouse:** Monitor facilities, assist guests, and maintain a safe environment - **Front Desk:** Greet residents and guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate communication while maintaining security procedures **Qualifications:** - 21+ years old - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid Florida Security D License - Valid FL Driver’s License - Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test. - Strong customer service and communication skills - Bilingual is plus **Benefits Include:** Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid training, PTO, and career growth opportunities. #IND3
