**JOB SUMMARY** Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members, and company assets. Promote Family Style Service culture through actions and positive attitude. **HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY** - Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful. - Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. - Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. - Assist in transporting money and chips. - Control access to restricted areas. - Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents. Write reports. - Monitor customer and team member passage in and out of casino. - Check for and reporting safety hazards. - Answer all calls promptly and professionally. - Participate in routine drills as assigned. - Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed. - Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. - Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. - Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts and work locations may change. - Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests. - Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management. ### Responsibilities **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** - Ability to push and pull up to 250 pounds - Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds - Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively - Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment - Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period - Must be able to work from a standing or sitting position and/or walking motion for extended period - Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment ### Qualifications **WHAT YOU WILL NEED** - Must be 21 years of age or older - Proficient in English verbal and written - Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license. - Acquire and maintain CPR/AED certification. - A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. - One year experience in security preferred. ### About the Team The Gaming Analytics Department is responsible for leading all analytical work related to table games, slots, poker and other gaming products. Our team works with table games and slots operational leadership, Shared Services (ESS Gaming), and property leadership (AGMs/GMs) to optimize the gaming floor and explore/test new products. Some of their activities include: - Gaming asset optimization: making recommendations for the types of table games and number of slot units necessary to satisfy demand. - Creating and updating recurring product performance models and reports - Advising gaming leadership: analyzing and reporting on the financial performance and profitability of table games and slot units on a monthly basis. - Assisting with ad hoc analyses ### About the Company At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary.
