The role requires flexibility and autonomy while maintaining adherence to department and company guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Coordinate security programs and assist with operational strategy development. - Oversee security dispatch center operations, including repairs, procedure development, and collaboration with contracted security technicians. - Manage relationships with contracted security firms, including training programs, policy creation, and maintaining detailed records. - Support departmental management by contributing to daily operational tasks. - Serve as a liaison for event security coordination with clients. - Develop and execute security plans for events, ensuring safety and efficiency. - Manage daily maintenance of facility keys, radio, access, and fire systems. - Schedule and coordinate dock and tarmac guard coverage for the facility. - Investigate accidents and security incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Security Manager. **The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
