This role is part of a collaborative, technology-forward environment that uses Google Workspace and Synergy extensively for daily operations. The ideal candidate provides exceptional service to students, families, and staff in a fast-paced, student-centered setting. This position requires reliability, discretion, and strong organizational skills. The Secretary's primary responsibilities include managing and monitoring student attendance and supporting the smooth operation of both school offices. This is an on-site position Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a scheduled lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The workday is divided as follows: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Spring Garden Elementary School and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Governor Wolf Elementary School.
