**Essential skills and experience** - Strong team player - Commitment to company values - Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities - Ability to effectively communicate and work together with customers - Positive attitude with public, customers, and other employees - Ability to work mandatory overtime - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Computer Skills **Position Responsibilities** - Weighing grain trucks, grading corn, and producing accurate scale tickets. - Accurately producing weight tickets for co-products leaving the plant. - Spare time is spent performing housekeeping duties in and around the scale house area and helping the Material Handlers where needed. - All other duties as assigned. **Physical Demands and work environment** The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
