Seasonal Fulfillment Team Member, Ontario

The Seasonal Fulfillment Team Member will work alongside our high-energy team, picking and processing orders to be shipped to customers worldwide. **Schedule:** This position follows a Thursday through Monday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. **What You'll Do** - Pick items from invoices and prepare them to be shipped. - Process orders as needed in business systems. - Package and box items are to be shipped in a way that is consistent with the Lulus standard. - Other duties as assigned. **What You'll Need** - Strong attention to detail. - Efficient time management. - Ability to move quickly on your feet up to 10 hours a day. - Lift and move up to 50 lbs. - Proficient use of computer and software applications. - Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime if needed. - Must be able to work a schedule of four ten-hour shifts per week. **Work Environment** - Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to occasionally high background noise is probable. **Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties** - Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 10% of the time is spent in varying work areas with approximately 90% of time spent in a warehouse environment - Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors - Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area. - Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs - Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access equipment when needed - Reaching/Handling: Ability to retrieve and work with appropriate equipment and supplies **Nice to Have - Bonus Points!** - High School Diploma or GED preferred We’re ready to meet you!
