Overview: The NFL Films Camera Department’s Seasonal Equipment Prep Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the production team by preparing and organizing camera equipment used in filming NFL games, events, and documentaries. Responsibilities: Assist with all camera equipment logistics, including inventory management and tracking. Manage logistical challenges related to equipment movement and storage. Collaborate with camera operators, directors of photography, and other team members to understand the specific needs of each shoot. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling and operating camera equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the camera department. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse team members. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy. Familiarity with industry-standard computer programs for organization (Excel, Teams, Power Point, etc). Experience with assembly/disassembly of various camera rigs and setups is a plus. Rental house experience is a plus Required Qualifications 1-5 years of Production Experience Required Education: College Degree preferred Experience with Cinema Equipment preferred Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Pivot on the fly. Strong communication and listening skills Willingness to work an irregular schedule and/or weekends. Minimum of a 40 hours per week Physical Demands: The ability to lift 65-pound cases Travel Flexibility to work odd hours, weekends, and travel to various locations for shoots as needed. Expected Hours of Work: Seasonal role, up to 7 months. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range.
