Scrum Master – Senior

## Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Scrum Master to support our engineering teams. You’ll work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and development teams to improve Agile delivery, increase transparency, and support predictable product outcomes. ## About Product: **iGaming Platform:** With our strong technical team, SOFTSWISS has created a secure iGaming platform that ensures the highest quality of service to clients worldwide. Through constant innovation, the iGaming Platform Team strives to maintain its competitive edge through state-of-the-art technology, providing clients with an unparalleled experience at any given time. ## Purpose of the Role: Your work will help teams identify blockers early, manage dependencies effectively, and build a culture of continuous improvement through clear processes, practical metrics, and regular retrospectives. This role suits someone who leads with trust, supports teams effectively, and takes a practical approach to improving Agile delivery in a fast-growing technology environment. ## Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes. - Coach engineering teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, and best practices. - Identify and remove blockers that impact team progress and delivery commitments. - Support cross-team coordination and dependency management. - Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery metrics, and team feedback. - Promote transparency around progress, risks, priorities, and commitments. ## Required Experience: - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams. - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and team delivery practices. - Experience supporting multiple engineering teams in a technology environment. - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery metrics. - Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work. - English – intermediate (B1); Russian – Native. ## Nice to Have: - Experience working with Platform teams. - Knowledge of LeSS or other scaled Agile practices. ## Our Benefits: - Private health insurance - Sports benefits - Comprehensive Mental Health Program - Free English lessons (online) - Local language courses - Paid time off - Maternity leave support - Referral program rewards - Upskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events
