Join our team and start your journey today! **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Set up and operate numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic parts. - Operates machinery/process in assigned area. - Work cross functionally between machines and areas. - Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining. - Verifies conformance of work piece to specifications. - Performs preventative maintenance on equipment. - Assists in troubleshooting production problems. - Initiates and/or support process improvements and corresponding documentation. - Trains other team members in assigned operations as needed, working in a team environment. - Follow Work Instructions for each step of the process to meet acceptable production standards during and after training completed. - Maintain hourly/daily activity records supporting quality production. - Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices - Other duties, as directed. **\*Guaranteed wage progression every 3 months, for the first two years! \*** **Mathematical Skills:** Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate simple percentages. Be able to add and subtract decimal values.
