The successful candidate will contribute to the development of our in vivo CAR-T platform and pipeline by leveraging expertise in cellular immunotherapy, virology, and immunology. This role requires scientific excellence, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and execute research projects to drive innovation of cell and gene therapy platforms and advance pipeline development. Develop and optimize assays, including but not limited to lentiviral vector production and titration, advanced multi-parameter flow cytometry, Incucyte, ELISA, cytotoxicity assays, and PCR-based analyses. Conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate potency, function, and safety of drug candidates. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate novel designs and generate robust, reproducible, and data-driven conclusions. Analyze, interpret, and document experimental results in a timely and highly organized manner, maintaining accurate scientific records and ensuring data integrity. Contribute to scientific strategy, experimental planning, and technology innovation to support pipeline advancement. Requirements PhD in Immunology or a related discipline.
