### Remote School Psychologist – Evaluation-Focused | Colorado School District | 1099 Contractor | 2026–2027 School Year **MIYO Health** is seeking a **fully remote School Psychologist** to partner with a Colorado school district during the 2026–2027 school year. This position is focused primarily on conducting psychoeducational evaluations and supporting special education eligibility processes for students across the district. This is an excellent opportunity for a school psychologist who enjoys assessment work and is looking for a **part-time, evaluation-focused caseload** in a flexible remote setting. ### Position Details - **Position Type:** Remote, 1099 Independent Contractor - **Location:** Fully Remote – Colorado School District - **School Year:** 2026–2027 - **Primary Responsibilities:** Evaluations and eligibility support - **Estimated Workload:** Approximately **50 evaluations** during the school year - Flexible scheduling available in collaboration with district teams and assessment timelines - Opportunity to spread evaluations throughout the school year based on district needs and your availability ### Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services. - Complete cognitive, academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive assessments as appropriate. - Prepare clear, compliant evaluation reports and documentation. - Participate in virtual eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings. - Collaborate with district staff, special education teams, and families to support student needs and educational planning. - Ensure evaluations and reports comply with IDEA, Colorado Department of Education requirements, and district timelines. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in district-approved systems. ### Required Qualifications - Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. - Active **Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist Authorization** required prior to start date **or willingness to obtain Colorado licensure prior to beginning services.** - Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in K–12 school settings. - Strong report writing and case management skills. - Ability to independently manage assessment timelines and deadlines in a remote environment. - Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery. ### Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience providing virtual or hybrid school psychology services. - Familiarity with Colorado special education regulations and eligibility criteria. - Experience using virtual assessment tools and tele-assessment best practices. - Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in remote environments. ### Why Join MIYO Health? - **Fully remote 1099 opportunity** - **Evaluation-focused caseload** - Ability to create a schedule that works around your existing commitments. - Dedicated clinical and operational support teams. - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact for students and districts in need of specialized services. - **Licensure Support:** Candidates willing to obtain their Colorado School Psychologist Authorization will receive reimbursement for Colorado licensure fees upon successful completion of the credentialing process. - Competitive compensation with predictable workload expectations. **If you're passionate about supporting students through high-quality evaluations and enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we'd love to hear from you!**
