The School Liaison Clinician is embedded within a partnering school district and splits time equally between direct clinical services for students (50%) and systems-level MTSS-B implementation support (50%). This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about school-based mental health, interested in organizational and systems-level work, and committed to expanding access to care for underserved youth and families. **Basic Responsibilities:** - Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to students consistent with evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans, with emphasis on access for un- and underinsured students. - Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation in the agency EHR consistent with agency and state standards. - Serve as WCBH's primary MTSS-B liaison within the assigned school district, participating on district- and school-level behavioral health teams. - Provide behavioral health consultation, coaching, and training to school staff to support tiered systems of support (Tiers 1, 2, and 3). - Facilitate development of integrated referral pathways, school-WCBH communication procedures, and crisis response protocols. - Coordinate care with school staff, families, primary care providers, DCYF, and community partners. We provide clinical supervision and training in evidence-based practices applicable to children, adolescent, and family populations. ## Requirements **Education:** - Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, school psychology, or equivalent behavioral health discipline required - Degree program must include a minimum of one semester of supervised clinical practicum or internship **Experience:** - Minimum two years of post-degree supervised clinical experience with children and families required - Experience in behavioral health and education systems navigation preferred - Familiarity with NH school systems and System of Care values preferred **Required Skills:** - Licensed or license-eligible in the State of New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent); candidates actively working toward licensure will be considered - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a community-based, school-embedded setting - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office **Preferred…
