Job Skills / Requirements Job Title: 1st Shift Security Officer Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $17.65 per hour Position Overview: St. Moritz is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining a secure environment through vigilance, professionalism, and proactive communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety. Inspect vehicles and facilities for hazards or maintenance needs. Monitor and operate fire control panels, responding to alarms as needed. Track and manage work orders; respond to phone calls and emails. Document incidents and report shift transitions accurately. Provide guidance and assistance to associates and visitors. Identify potential risks and address them before they become issues. Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid AZDPS Unarmed Guard Card (must be up-to-date). High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in security, law enforcement, or public safety is a plus. Strong observational skills and situational awareness. Ability to stand or walk for long periods. Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred.
