This CNP will serve students, families, and the community surrounding Frankfort and Clarksburg, OH. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CNP who has at least one year experience in primary care, be able to work independently, and who is passionate about children/school-based health. **Position Overview** As a school based, primary care **Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)**, you will focus on **direct patient care**, providing clinical services, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians. Services include wellness visits, sports physicals, treating acute illness or injuries, immunizations, screenings, prescribing medications, chronic disease management such as asthma and diabetes, as well as addressing mental health and behavioral issues. APPs promote patient wellness via education of the patient, staff, and community.
