School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Royer Greaves School for the Blind & Services working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). **$5,000 - Sign on bonus:** - Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are \*hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. - Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. **Pay**- $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099). **Openings -** Open to work ESY and School Year 2026-2027 school based hours **Primary Responsibilities:** - Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. - Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. - Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. - Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. - Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. - Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity. **Skills:** - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development. - Extensive knowledge of data analysis. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere. - Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities. **Qualifications:** - Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program - BCBA certification - Working experience after BCBA certification **Credentials:** - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate - Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts - Professional Liability Insurance *(Clearances current within 12 months)* - PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance - PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance - PA Department of Education FBI Use code: **1KG6XN** - TB screening - current within 3 months \*Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided. *\*The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position.
