This individual will play a key role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. **Position Summary:** The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the dietary department, including menu planning, staff supervision, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
