Saw Operator

**Job Summary** The Saw Operator is responsible for safely operating saw equipment to cut metal materials according to specifications. This position requires the ability to accurately read a tape measure, move heavy materials, and operate an overhead crane while maintaining quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate saw machines to cut metal materials to required dimensions. - Read and accurately use a tape measure to ensure precise cuts. - Load, unload, and move heavy materials and carts throughout the production area. - Safely operate an overhead crane to transport materials. - Perform basic machine setup and routine inspections. - Verify material dimensions and quality before and after cutting. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. **Qualifications** - Ability to accurately read a tape measure. - Ability to lift, push, and move heavy materials and carts. - Experience operating an overhead crane is preferred. - Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
