You'll work with individuals with **autism spectrum disorder (ASD)**, **ADHD**, **sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.** You'll foster each child's **sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence** through: - Providing **individualized therapy** - Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as **DIR/Floortime,** **Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration** - **Collaborating daily** with physical and speech therapists, and social workers - Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care **Compensation** - **Competitive Hourly Rate: $35-40/hour** #### **Schedule & Location** - **Dates:** July-September - **Schedule**: Saturdays 9:00am - 2:30pm - Providers must work the full shift 9:00am-2:30pm (unless first or last session canceled, can also clock out if client canceled) - Providers must commit to 3, 4 or 5-month period.
