**Role Summary:** Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Solution Design & Configuration:** Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
