Santa Supervisor - Santa's Hideaway Adventure (Seasonal)

**About the Role** As the Santa Supervisor at Santa’s Hideaway Adventure, you'll support the Santa Manager with keeping the holiday operation merry, bright, and beautifully smooth. You’ll guide the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps Santa's Hideaway Adventure on schedule. **Position Responsibilities** - Oversee daily operations of the photo experience, including staffing during Manager’s days off. - Ensure all team members (hosts, greeters, photographers) follow policies and maintain high service standards. - Monitor line flow, staffing needs, and guest interactions to ensure a positive and memorable experience. - Support and coach team members to uphold a joyful, inclusive atmosphere. - Resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and holiday cheer. - Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times. - Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times. - Answer phones according to established standards. - Book reservations utilizing the company reservation system. - Use of radios with headsets and earpieces for communication may be utilized in designated outlets. - Awareness of all activities happening at Ocean. - Knowledge of safety/guest liability procedures for guests and employees. **Essential Functions** - Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment. - Must be able to work irregular shift assignments, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. - Ability to multi-task including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting guests, rearranging reservations, etc. - Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Must be able to read, write and understand English. **What’s Required** - A passion for the holiday season and creating memorable experiences. - Availability for evenings, weekends and peak holiday hours. - Comfortable greeting and working with families and children. - Strong leadership skills and a dependable, collaborative, enthusiastic and professional attitude. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable making decisions quickly in a fast paced, public setting. - Must have a minimum of 1-3 years experience as a supervisor in a high volume and/or kid-friendly environment. - Must have reliable transportation. - Free meal on shift - Training & Development - Free onsite garage parking - One free photo package per staff member during the season - Pay Rate: $24.00/per hour **\*\*\*Please Note- This is a Seasonal role with a tentative start date of October 15th\*\*\***
