We look for team members who live these values in every shift. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the front-of-house team to serve guests delicious food made to order. - Have a thorough knowledge of our menu and offerings to ensure accuracy and quality in every order. - Assist with on-the-fly guest and team needs, quickly adapting to provide what’s required. - Understand dietary restrictions and food allergens to accommodate guest requests safely. - Coordinate with back-of-house and front-of-house staff to ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and overall guest experience. ## Requirements Must have reliable transportation to and from work. - **Physical Demands:** - Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, crouch, twist, and turn throughout each shift. - Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch while lifting and moving up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more. - Must have manual dexterity to handle and feel items, operate the register, and use phone systems; reach with hands and arms between 6–72 inches. - Must be able to talk and hear both from a distance and in close proximity.
