This role exists to turn great ingredients into consistently great sandwiches—fast, accurate, and made with care. You’ll be responsible for: - Building sandwiches to order with speed, consistency, and attention to detail - Prepping and stocking ingredients so the line stays ready for rushes - Keeping the prep/service area clean, organized, and food-safety focused - Delivering friendly, upbeat customer service, even when it’s busy What you’ll need: - 18+ (required to use the deli slicer) - Fast casual/QSR experience (sandwich shop experience is a big plus) - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset - Ability to work a fast-moving kitchen shift; stand/walk throughout and lift up to 25 lbs - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed If you’re ready to bring your sandwich-shop skills to a fresh new home, apply today. ### Daily Line Rhythm You clock in, apron on, and do a quick “station check”—bread stacked, proteins chilled, toppings crisp, sauces lined up.
