This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. - Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options and benefits. - Follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. - Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs. - Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience. ## Qualifications - Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred. - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment. - Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems. - Professional appearance and positive attitude. **Additional Requirements:** - Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. - Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening. ## Additional Information **Compensation:** - $70,000 to $150,000 - Hourly plus commission *(The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a hourly wage. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
