**Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect** **Clearance Required: U.S. Citizenship required (Public Trust eligibility preferred)** **Work Location: Remote.** Alpha Omega is seeking an experienced **Salesforce Solutions Architect** to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will partner closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and internal technical teams to deliver scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions that align with organizational standards and best practices. The ideal candidate brings deep platform expertise, strong technical architecture skills, and the judgment to evaluate tradeoffs across competing solution paths. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and oversee end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions across single and multi-org environments, including Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein capabilities. - Develop, maintain, and enhance custom Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce Pages, Apex classes, Platform Events, and APIs. - Architect and support integrations including CTI and MuleSoft, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable connections between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. - Evaluate potential technical solutions, weighing benefits and drawbacks, and recommend approaches that balance configuration vs. custom development. - Establish and champion best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform governance. - Collaborate with implementation partners, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and assess technical limitations and implementation approaches. - Contribute to and help evolve architecture standards and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational (including FDIC-related) product and compliance requirements. - Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and emerging features. **Required Qualifications:** **Required Experience/Skills** **:** - 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce products and the platform (Lightning experience strongly preferred). - Minimum of two (2) active Salesforce certifications, at or above Administrator (201) level. - Proven experience implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions in single and multi-org environments, spanning CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein. - Strong development experience with Aura/LWC components, Visualforce, Apex, Platform Events, APIs, and integration technologies such as CTI and MuleSoft. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate and recommend solutions based on tradeoffs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside implementation partners and cross-functional internal teams. - Experience contributing to and aligning with enterprise architecture standards and governance practices. **Desired Certification(s):** - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), and/or - Salesforce Certified System Architect **Salary and Benefit Information:** The likely salary range for this position is $137,000- $175,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
