We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role. **BUT STRICTLY NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY COMPANIES. ALL OUR ROLES ARE W2 AND NO 3RD PARTY BROKERING PLEASE.** Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables. Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and hands-on experience. **Job Summary** We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and balances declarative-first thinking with the willingness to write code where it provides clear value. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs that respect governor limits and bulkification principles. - Build Lightning Web Components for rich, performant user experiences embedded across Salesforce surfaces. - Design and implement automation using Flow, Process Builder migration, and declarative-first patterns. - Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Salesforce Connect. - Implement complex data models including custom objects, relationships, formula fields, and validation rules. - Build and maintain sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and row-level security configurations. - Develop and maintain comprehensive Apex unit tests with meaningful coverage and assertions. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT. - Participate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and document technical decisions. - Troubleshoot production issues including governor…
