Job description: Caine & Weiner's business unit, BARR Credit Services, is seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to lead the training and development of our Sales team. This role is responsible for identifying knowledge gaps, developing and implementing training programs, creating and improving sales processes, recruiting and interviewing candidates, and onboarding and training new Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate is a strong coach, mentor, and leader who is passionate about developing talent and driving sales performance. Type: Full time - In person Pay: $50,000 per year Location: Tucson, Arizona Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Recruit applicants for potential sales representatives by performing resume searches, attending job fairs, and reviewing website employment application submissions. - Conduct initial interviews over the phone, schedule in-office interviews with the Sales Manager, and manage applicants through the hire process. - Identify training needs and knowledge gaps and implement effective coaching and development plans. - Ensure Sales Representatives have a consistent pipeline of quality leads with strong sales potential. - Monitor representative performances by reviewing calls, evaluating sales techniques, and providing constructive coaching and feedback. - Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to Sales Representatives. - Partner with Sales leadership to improve training effectiveness, sales processes, and overall team performance. - Provide additional support to the Sales Manager as needed. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
