This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, client communication, and sales tax expertise. You will own the onboarding experience from the moment a client signs until they are fully set up for ongoing sales tax filing, serving as both the primary driver of timelines and a trusted, human point of contact for clients navigating a complex process.
