Sales Talent Community – AM & AE Roles (All Levels)

This is a general talent pipeline for our sales organization, not a specific open role. We don't have an immediate opening tied to this posting, but we review applications on a rolling basis and reach out directly when a matching role opens on our Account Executive or Account Management teams. We retain applications for pipeline consideration for up to 6 months. ROLES THIS PIPELINE COVERS - Account Executive (Commercial through Enterprise), net-new sales, full-cycle and closing-focused - Account Manager, post-sale relationship management, renewals, and expansion within existing accounts WHAT WE LOOK FOR ACROSS THESE ROLES - Track record of carrying and hitting quota (for AE) or owning renewal/expansion targets (for AM) - Comfort working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and following a defined sales process - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to navigate multiple stakeholders on the customer side COMPENSATION OTE ranges from $140,000 to $300,000 depending on level, segment, and experience. Specific bands will be shared once you're matched to a live role.
