## Job Description Our client is a leading supplier of commercial tableware and dining solutions, providing high-quality plates, bowls, cutlery, and food service products to well-known brands and restaurant chains. Their clients include major F&B companies such as Starbucks (140+ outlets) and Haidilao, supporting businesses with reliable products and services across the region. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. - Communicate with clients regarding product enquiries, quotations, orders, and general requests. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating records and handling documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are followed up promptly. - Maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving enquiries efficiently. - Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: - Good command of written and spoken English. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. - Able to work independently in a remote environment. Working Hour: GMT+8 - Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM - Sunday: Off Salary: SGD 600 - 800/month
