**RideNow Powersports Gainesville** is seeking an energetic and positive individual to join our growing team of customer service superstars! The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about powersports vehicles and have a knack for interacting with customers in a helpful manner. This position is a commission-based career, which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in and make an awesome living! **Responsibilities** - Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free! - Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers - Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans - Patiently and persistently Follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques - Follow a well structured sales process (that works) - Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers - Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions - Stay up-to-date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested **Requirements:** - **Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement or the desire to get your endorsement** - Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles) - Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills - Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry - Attention to detail and organized - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked - Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps - **Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required** **Benefits:** What RideNow Powersports Offers You: A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
