Please note that this role does require weekend availability!As a Swing Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of our brands in stores — keeping shelves stocked, displays looking great, and products moving. Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls Service the account on every visit, including light merchandising Lead, schedule, and at times execute resets in order to expand portfolio Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions Ensure products are in code, saleable, and properly merchandised Maintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displays Monitor competitive activity and report market insights Support promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requests Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time Maintain company equipment and property in clean, working condition Follow all company policies, safety standards, and recall procedures Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Proof of insurance (state minimum required). High school diploma or GED. Ability to work weekends (required). Willingness to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
