### **Outside Sales Representative** **Location:** New York Metro Area (NYC, NJ, CT) **Compensation:** $65,000 Base Salary + Commission We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business across the New York Metro market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities. ### **Responsibilities** - Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. - Develop long-term relationships with clients and key accounts. - Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. - Identify new market opportunities and drive territory growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and close opportunities. - Maintain accurate prospect and customer records. ### **Qualifications** - 5+ years of sales experience preferred. - B2B sales experience strongly preferred. - Background in construction, plumbing, electrical, commercial services, or related industries is a plus. - Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Valid driver's license required. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. ### **Territory** This position covers New York City (all five boroughs), New Jersey, and Connecticut. ### **Compensation & Benefits** - $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. - High earning potential for top performers. - Health, Dental, and Vision insurance. - Paid holidays and PTO. - Leads provided in addition to self-generated business opportunities.
