Sales Representative - Czech/Slovak speaking

While we have regional offices, our vision is for our global sales teams to collaborate closely, sharing best practices and continually refining our sales strategy. We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals who want to join our global expansion efforts and support the establishment of our presence in Central and Eastern Europe, based out of our Munich office. Our Munich team will be responsible for the DACH region, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. The role As a Liberis Sales Representative, you will be part of a growing team based from our Central and Eastern Europe hub in Munich, and part of an established global Sales team. Your main responsibilities in this role include: The exciting task of supporting our customers in the CEE region Acting as a link between our customers and internal teams, working closely with the product and partnerships team to continuously improve our offerings for customers in Central and Eastern Europe. Managing leads and providing a positive first contact experience for our potential customers through effective consultation; this includes handling incoming calls from interested parties as well as making outbound calls as part of our sales strategy. Working closely with our external partners to ensure a high conversion rate for the leads we receive from them. Taking responsibility for managing your own customer base through personalized consulting and support. Having the opportunity to work on and further develop existing processes. Keeping the Liberis behaviours at the forefront of everything you do! What we think you’ll need Fluency in Czech or Slovak with intermediate proficiency in English. A passion for sales and phone-based sales. Openness to change and willingness to contribute ideas. Initiative and excellent self-management: You know how to prioritize to make the most of your day. Experience in the following areas: B2B Sales Ideally, knowledge of financial products. Building and maintaining a customer base and managing it in a CRM system. What happens next?
