Maximize opportunities during peak seasons and work your book of business during slower times. - Expertly present Cenvar’s scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients using supplied tools and materials. - Create cost estimates and close deals to increase branch profitability and market share. - Manage your personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold - Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff - Attend weekly sales meetings and work with the team to solve problems and improve processes. - Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly. - You own your preparation, appointments, follow-up, customer experience, and your results.
