Sales Quality Auditor

The Sales Quality Auditor is responsible for evaluating sales and customer service interactions to ensure quality, compliance, consistency, and adherence to company standards. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement by monitoring call quality, identifying coaching and training opportunities, and providing actionable feedback to leadership and team members. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales and customer service knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that improve sales performance, closing ratios, customer experience, and operational excellence. This position primarily operates in an office or call center environment and may require prolonged periods of reviewing recorded calls and computer-based work. Qualifications · High school diploma · Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto insurance sales, customer service, quality assurance, training, coaching, or a related field preferred. · Previous experience in a call center environment preferred. · Experience evaluating sales performance and providing coaching is highly desirable.
