This hybrid role requires a proactive, energetic team player who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while also playing a key role in the **production of commercial spots and sales-driven content.** **Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** - Supporting the Sales Department in executing client campaigns from sale through production and air. - Coordinating production logistics, including gathering creative assets, scheduling shoots, managing timelines, and liaising with internal production staff and external clients. - Assisting in the **development and production of sales presentations and promotional materials**, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and client goals. - Updating marketing and research materials used by the Sales team. - Providing daily administrative support to the Sales team and SVP, General Manager. - Other duties as assigned, particularly related to **sales-focused video content production** and client campaign execution. **Job Requirements/Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a Windows environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required). - Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface professionally with clients, agencies, and internal staff. - Self-starter who can work independently and contribute proactively to a collaborative team. - Familiarity with commercial production processes, basic editing tools, or creative project workflows is a plus. **POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK**This is a Full Time position.
