It's this global reach and innovation that sets us apart. **The Role** We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive Paymentology's growth across the Middle East. This is a high-impact role focused on originating, managing, and closing strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, digital banks, telcos, and payment institutions. The ideal candidate combines deep payments expertise with a strong network across the regional financial services ecosystem. You will be responsible for owning the complete sales lifecycle - from identifying opportunities and building executive relationships through to commercial negotiations, contract execution, and successful handover to delivery teams. This role is suited to a commercially driven professional who has a proven track record of closing complex, high-value payments deals and navigating long enterprise sales cycles. **What You'll Do** · Develop and execute Paymentology's sales strategy across assigned Middle East markets. · Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across banks, fintechs, digital banks, payment service providers, telecom operators, and large enterprises. · Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, product owners, and key stakeholders within the payments ecosystem. · Own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. · Drive complex sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, compliance, and procurement functions. · Work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Operations teams to develop compelling client proposals. · Represent Paymentology at industry conferences, networking events, and executive forums across the region. · Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM discipline. · Build strategic relationships with scheme partners, consultants, banking partners, regulators, and ecosystem participants. · Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, competitor positioning, and emerging payment technologies. · Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets. **What Success Looks Like** · Consistent generation of qualified opportunities across target markets. · Strong executive relationships with key stakeholders across the payments ecosystem. · Successful closure of complex, multi-year commercial agreements. · Accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management. · Contribution to Paymentology's strategic growth across the Middle East. **What We're Looking For** **Essential Experience** · Minimum 8 years of experience within payments, banking technology, fintech, card issuing, acquiring, processing, or related financial services sectors. · At least 5 years of dedicated business development, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership experience. · Proven track record of originating and closing high-value enterprise deals. · Demonstrable experience managing complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature. · Strong network and established relationships across the Middle East payments ecosystem. · Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments, Heads of Cards, and Digital Banking leaders. · Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. **Preferred Experience** · Experience selling card issuing, is…
